About Dr. Kelly…

I believe in patient empowerment, education, and participation in treatment choice. My goal is to provide a very high quality innovative radiation treatment customized to each person.

I was in Tulsa for 20 years, until moving to Phoenix AZ. I originally received my medical degree from McGill University.  I am board certified in radiation oncology.

Some of my areas of expertise include prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, brain tumors, and stereotactic radiation.  I do see patients with all cancer types that require radiation.  Some of my research results can be found on Research Gate.

Over the past 20 years I have had a lot of experience with prostate radiation.  At CTCA in Tulsa we treated 1000 men with a combination of HDR prostate brachytherapy and intensity modulated radiation radiation (IMRT), before I turned my focus to stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).   I also worked at the Prostate Cancer Institute for a few years where I treated many men with IMRT.
